At Elevate Pathways, we believe that hands-on learning in real work environments is key to helping individuals explore their abilities, build confidence, and identify career paths.

We’ve had the opportunity to conduct Situational Assessments and Job Exposure Experiences at a range of businesses and organizations across South Florida. These host sites provide individuals with disabilities the chance to experience real workplace settings while our team evaluates their abilities, challenges, and support needs.

From retail and food service to nonprofit and warehouse environments, these collaborations create supportive and inclusive experiences that make a difference.
